Scope
This policy covers playbook purchases and related consultancy deposits sold directly by Wise Link to business customers unless a separate contract states otherwise.
Eligibility window
You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase for standard digital or print packs that have not been materially customized, subject to Korean consumer regulations for eligible transactions.
Full refunds
Full refunds apply when deliverables have not been dispatched or digitally issued. Once customized print ships, partial rules apply.
Partial refunds
If workshops or travel occurred, we deduct executed days and pass-through costs at cost.
Non-refundable items
Bespoke research, third-party venue fees already paid, and rush print fees are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Process
Email hello@wise-link.digital with invoice number, reason, and preferred refund path. We respond within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment path where possible. Card timelines depend on issuers.
Exceptions
Force majeure, regulatory holds, or fraud investigations may delay processing; we will communicate status promptly.
