Training loops that end with a physical artifact
Digital-only training evaporates on loud mornings. We bias toward loops that end with a physical artifact: a signed drill card, a sticker on the cart, or a photo of the sample station closure. The Training cards deck enforces that habit without adding another login.
Managers should rotate drills monthly, not weekly—weekly rotation trains muscle memory but burns facilitators. Use the score sheet sparingly; it is a diagnostic, not a leaderboard.
Limitations matter: low-tech loops do not sync to remote dashboards automatically. If you need dashboards, pair the artifact with a nightly CSV upload your analysts already trust.
